Finally the rains came and cleared away the smoke and put out most of the fires. Relief that we in Southern Oregon can take a deep breath. Thanks to all the brave Firefighters camped in the Applegate working on the Miller Complex Fire by Applegate lake. Without you we would be at the mercy of the summer fires brought on by lightening strikes and sometimes careless campers. Now we can look forward to the fall harvests and all the fun activities Southern Oregon has to offer. This year again I will be narrating the Haunted Trolley tours in Jacksonville, October 19,20, and 21st. I took the next week off narrating so I could handle the trick or treaters at our house ( Pheasant Meadows is a primary trick or treat location).Get your tickets early for the Haunted Trolley as it always sells out quickly. And from all of us at Applegate Valley Realty have a wonderful Fall.

Team Tollefson Owners and Principal Brokers at Applegate Valley Realty have a new way to save Sellers money. The new sliding commission scales helps the seller when listing with Applegate Valley Realty to save money on the Listing Realtor’s commission. The higher the price of the property listed the lower the percentage commission paid. For example, If your property is going to be listed at 2.5 million you will be pay a 3.75% commission. The other end of the listing price scale a property up to $ 149,000. would be a 5% commission. We as listing agents take the cut off our commission but we are still full service brokers with all the syndications, virtual tours , marketing and service as before but with saving seller’s money. The higher the price of the listing the more you save. We are able to offer this to our clients because we own the company and we are small and local and don’t have all the fees that larger national companies have. Stop by one of our office to hear about this exciting new plan. We are in the Ruch shopping center at 7380 Hwy 238 and also next to the gas station in Jacksonville 935 N. Fifth st.
